Developed with an avian veterinarian, the Feather Tether™ Bird Harness is a non-restrictive body harness.

• Both the petite and small sizes are in a figure 8 style.
• Leash is included with harness.

NOTE: The Feather Tether Bird Harness is not recommended for very small birds such as Budgies (parakeets), Lovebirds or Parrotlets.

Sizes are based on the "average" weights of different species of birds. Sizes can vary such as a Blue Mutation Quaker weighing 60 grams would wear a petite size, yet a normal Green Quaker weighing 120 grams would wear a small size. A Green Cheek Conure weighing 65 grams would wear a petite, yet a larger Jenday Conure weighing 125 grams would probably need a small size. A petite Umbrella Cockatoo may wear a Medium size, but a much larger male Umbrella Cockatoo may instead need a Large size.
